Making the decision to seek counseling can feel challenging and my goal is to help make the entire process more comfortable for my clients. I am passionate about creating and maintaining a positive therapeutic relationship to assist others in reaching their goals. I strongly believe that counseling is providing a safe, non-judgmental space where a person can feel heard and receive the support and encouragement they are seeking. I would define my therapeutic style as inviting, genuine, understanding and solution focused. I strive to assist my clients in identifying past traumas as well as the thoughts and behaviors that may interfere with their progress toward life goals. Currently I work primarily with teens, adults, veterans, couples, and families on a wide range of identified concerns.
